1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SlideArc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SlideArc is an AI-powered presentation generation service that allows users to create professional PowerPoint presentations. The Service includes:

• AI-generated presentation content and design
• Template selection and customization
• Presentation download in various formats
• Account management and subscription services

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding the password used to access the Service
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security

4.1 Subscription Plans

SlideArc offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

4.2 Credit Purchases

Credits can be purchased separately and are used for generating presentations. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable once used.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Due to the nature of digital services and AI-generated content:

• Subscriptions: Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
• Credits: Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable.
• Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us for resolution.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SlideArc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide to generate presentations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

7.3 Generated Content

Presentations generated using the Service are owned by you. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideArc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Any third-party conduct on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings feature.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
